Credits
An audit spends credits by depth. A deeper audit reads more of your storefront, and every page we fetch makes your NetSuite account regenerate it — so the page budget is the number we hold ourselves to. A credit is refunded if the audit never ran.

Top-ups add to a paid plan’s balance. They are spent after the monthly grant, and outlast it. Buy them from Billing once you are on a paid plan.

Credits are what an audit spends, by depth: a quick audit costs 1 credit and reads about 9 pages; a standard audit costs 3 credits and reads about 60 pages; a deep audit costs 10 credits and reads about 300 pages. A credit is spent when the audit is queued, and refunded if it never ran.
The monthly grant is for its month and lapses when the next one arrives. Top-ups are spent after the monthly grant and outlast it.
Yes, from Billing, at any time. An upgrade applies as soon as PayPal confirms it; a downgrade applies from your next payment. Canceling stops PayPal charging you again, and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Through PayPal: your card or bank details never reach us. Every payment issues an invoice addressed to the billing details you give us, and you can download each one as a PDF from Billing.
PayPal retries it, and share links to your reports stop working at once. 3 days after the failure the account is placed on hold: audits, reports, domains, PDFs, the API, schedules and alerts stop, while billing, settings, the team and support stay open, and nothing is deleted. It stays on hold until it is paid, or until you cancel the plan instead: you can pay the balance from your account at any time, and everything opens again as soon as it is paid; or cancel the plan from the same page, and the unpaid amount is written off and the account moves to the free plan.
One quick audit of a domain you verify every 7 days, with a summary report. The full report is generated at the same time and stored, and it unlocks when you upgrade.
Verifying a domain proves you work for the merchant, and it is what separates an audit from a stranger crawling somebody’s storefront. Every page we fetch makes the NetSuite account behind it regenerate that page, so we only audit what you have shown is yours.
A test copy of a storefront you have verified — the site of a NetSuite sandbox account, or a release-preview or UAT host — linked to that production domain. It uses no domain slot: Pro and Enterprise include 1 sandbox with each production domain. More are an add-on, usable on whichever domain needs one. A sandbox under the same domain as production can use production’s verification; one on another domain is checked by a person first. How to check a release in your sandbox
Yes, the same as production: a quick audit costs 1 credit and a standard audit costs 3 credits and a deep audit costs 10 credits, whichever host it reads. What a sandbox saves is the domain slot, not the audit — its pages are fetched and rendered exactly as production’s are.
We cannot audit behind a password yet. Verify the sandbox with a DNS record, which never visits the site, then let our crawler through or open the sandbox while it is audited. An audit that meets a password stops at the first page, tells you so, and refunds its credits.
The first audit is free, and so is the account.
